Cambridge Academic Performance is an education-focused organisation based in Ely, supporting learners through tailored academic provision. As the organisation grew, the volume and complexity of administrative work increased alongside day-to-day delivery.
The team approached The Work Bees for practical support to help bring structure, consistency and clarity to their administrative and operational processes.
Administrative tasks were being managed across multiple systems and approaches, making it harder to maintain consistency and visibility. Processes such as filing, invoicing and workflow management had developed organically and were becoming increasingly time-consuming.
There was also a need for greater confidence around cashflow forecasting, accountability and identifying appropriate systems to support the organisation as it continued to grow.
The Work Bees provided hands-on administrative and back office support, alongside systems and tools assessment and process and workflow design.
The focus throughout was on creating processes that felt manageable and proportionate, rather than overly complex or restrictive.
