We help businesses gain clarity, access the right support and put practical solutions in place which drive momentum and generate better outcomes.

We mainly support solo business owners, micro businesses and small to mid-sized organisations. Our clients are often growing, changing, or feeling overwhelmed and want practical, reliable support.

We start by understanding what’s needed, then support delivery through The Work Bees and our trusted associates. Multiple services are brought together under one roof, making it much easier for you to manage and removing the need to coordinate different suppliers. All work is managed through The Work Bees, giving you peace of mind that everything is delivered consistently, to a high standard, and with clear communication throughout.

Yes. The Work Bees works with a trusted network of associates who bring specialist skills and different working styles. Associates deliver work on behalf of The Work Bees, with oversight and coordination managed centrally.

The Work Bees is based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. We support clients locally and work remotely with businesses across the UK.

The first step is usually an initial conversation to understand your situation and what support might be helpful. From there, we can agree next steps and, where appropriate, put a formal agreement in place.
