Julie is a HR Practitioner, an accredited coach and motivational expert with over 25+ years’ of experience across public, private and not for profit sectors. Julie is a Fellow of the CIPD and has worked throughout the field from being an administrator through to being the HR Representative and Lead for the UK within an international organisation. Julie breaks down the complexity of HR and empowers businesses by identifying the right solutions for each scenario.
Julie supports small to large businesses whether it is being an outsourced HR Team, supporting ad hoc projects or being the additional resource that an internal HR team can rely on, Julie uses her skill and wealth of experience to ensure the task is achieved.
Julie and her husband are French Bulldog mad, having two of their own they are also emergency fosters for French Bulldogs through Phoenix Rescue and regularly have an extra dog or two in their home. She loves camping, exploring and her favourite place in the UK is the highlands.
