With over twenty-five years of experience spanning retail, finance, hospitality, non-profit, and consultancy, Rachel leads The Work Bees with a clear belief: business solutions only work when they’re rooted in real experience and genuine understanding. Her career journey, from early roles in customer service to leading UK transformation projects and partnerships in social care, has shaped her pragmatic, people-centred approach to business support and organisational development.
Today, as CEO of The Work Bees, Rachel combines hands-on expertise with a passion for helping organisations move from chaos to confidence. Whether guiding leaders through change, designing fit-for-purpose systems, or strengthening team dynamics, she brings empathy, clarity, and practical insight to every client relationship, creating solutions that work for real people, not just on paper.
Living in the beautiful riverport St.Ives in Cambridgeshire with her family, Rachel is active in her community, volunteering. With little in the way of cooking skills she is happy to have a husband who loves to create in the kitchen and a son who loves to bake. She believes that there is a solution to all life's challenges and loves to find them.
